Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. While sessions can include open conversation, we often return to ongoing themes, parts, or inner patterns over time.
Many people find that meeting consistently for a period allows the work to deepen and feel more meaningful, rather than starting and stopping based on crisis alone.
I’m especially drawn to work that invites reflection, symbolism, and curiosity about the inner world. I believe therapy can be a place not only to cope, but to understand — to make meaning of emotional experience rather than rush past it.
