Therapeutic services and what to expect

Individual therapy

When I work with an individual, I create a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore patterns, emotions, and beliefs that shape your life — helping you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Sessions are 50 minutes; fee is $180 per session.

ifs & intuitive integration

Internal Family Systems offers a gentle, powerful way to understand your inner world. We’ll work with your “parts” through curiosity, compassion, and intuitive practices to help you feel more balanced and whole.

Sessions are 50 minutes; fee is $180 per session.

soulcollage®

Creativity can reveal truths that words alone can’t. Through art, imagery, and symbolic exploration, you’ll access insight, emotion, and intuition — supporting healing and authentic self-expression.

SoulCollage® is incorporated into most of my sessions with clients but you can also book a “Explore SoulCollage®” session that can be booked ala cart.

Sessions are 50-120 minutes; fees vary.

couples & family therapy

For relationships ready to grow in understanding, empathy, and communication. I offer a supportive space to explore patterns together and cultivate deeper connection and emotional safety.

Sessions are 50-75 minutes; fee starts at $220 per session.

ways we can collaborate

A note on fee & payment for services:

I am committed to offering counseling services that remain accessible. I also must acknowledge it is my responsibility to ensure this practice is sustainable in the long term and can weather the fluctuations and unexpected events of life.

This is not solely for my own wellbeing and security, but so that I can retain a high quality of care through ongoing clinical trainings as well as the ability to continue to support those who depend on me to stay solvent - namely my clients and family. My rates reflect how I am currently able to balance accessibility and sustainability.

Good Faith Estimate

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use their insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services.

Because it is not possible to predict how many or the length of the sessions you will need or choose to receive, the estimate contains a fee schedule for various scenarios relevant to your treatment.

In accordance with the law:

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including counseling services.

  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit cms.gov/priorities/legislation/no-surprises-ac
