Hi, I’m Alicia.

I specialize in empowering individuals to find their inner strength and navigate life with clarity and purpose. With a strong passion for helping others, I am dedicated to guiding clients towards their true selves.

Through compassionate listening and insightful support, I create a safe space for growth, helping clients overcome challenges and build self-empowerment.

As a therapist, I draw from various modalities because I believe therapy should be tailored to each person. My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Ecopsychology. Continuous learning and growth shape how I support my clients.

I hold a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College of Education and Counseling, a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Portland State University, and certification in Ecopsychology.

Wondering what to expect from therapy?

Therapy is personal and unique for each person. With that said, there are a few things within the therapeutic process that I maintain across the board, no matter who I’m sitting with. Those things are as follows:

  • You will be seen, validated, and empowered.

  • The process will be collaborative - you are not alone in this.

  • You will have a safe space to communicate and explore your thoughts and emotions.

  • You will discover new ways of thinking, feeling, and processing.

  • The time together will always be centered around your needs.

  • I will support you every step of the way.
