About me
I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply, often using parts work and creative or symbolic reflection alongside talk therapy.
I believe healing is most meaningful when it honors curiosity, insight, and emotional depth. My approach is relational and reflective, creating space for exploration, understanding, and growth.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy being creative, exploring astrology and practicing tarot, gardening, traveling to places near and far, and spending time with my family and friends.
my passion & approach
I’m especially drawn to work that invites reflection and meaning-making. I enjoy exploring patterns, inner parts, and the ways symbolism and creative expression can help illuminate what’s alive inside. For many people, this opens new ways of seeing themselves and their experiences.
I meet people where they are, balancing open exploration with ongoing reflection. Many people find that consistent sessions allow deeper understanding and growth, rather than trying to solve everything all at once. I aim to create a space that feels both challenging and safe.
my qualifications
I bring a blend of professional training, certifications, and lived experience to my work, creating a safe, insightful, and creative space for clients. My credentials include:
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) – providing clinical expertise in supporting individuals, couples, and families.
Certified SoulCollage® Facilitator – guiding clients in creative, intuitive self-exploration.
Certified in Ecopsychology – integrating connection with nature and the environment into personal growth and healing.
In addition, I work from a strong foundation in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Expressive Arts. All of this experience and knowledge supports my approach to therapy: blending depth, creativity, and intuition to help you reconnect with your inner voice and live more authentically.
