  • Yes!

I set aside a portion of my caseload for sliding scale clients that is on a needs basis. Sliding scale opportunities are reserved for clients who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford services. This applies to you if you are someone who frequently worries about meeting your basic needs.

If you are someone who enjoys an expendable income and has higher earning opportunities due to level of education, gender, racial, or class privilege, I encourage you to pay the full fee. In doing so, you’ll be supporting accessibility for those who wouldn’t be able to afford the set rate.

*sliding scale slots are reserved for weekly clients and needs are assessed every 90 days

  • I do not accept insurance at this time, but will gladly provide superbill statements for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please know that you'll need to be in touch with your insurance company to understand how reimbursement is applied for out of network benefits.

  • Yep! Just keep in mind you will still need another form of payment on file in the event of any late cancellation or no show fees, as these aren’t able to be billed through HSA/FSA accounts.

  • In the beginning of forming a therapy relationship, I recommend meeting weekly. Once we’ve built rapport and trust, we can evaluate session frequency. It’s normal after some time to reduce session frequency based on progress and client need but in the early stages weekly sessions proved to be incredibly beneficial to the healing process.

  • I require all couples to meet in person because it’s proven to be the most effective form of therapy (in my experience). If a couple moves into “maintenance mode” or is not in current conflict, online sessions can be considered.

Individuals & ESA assessments have the option to be either online or in person.
