Pregnancy & Postpartum Support

Dear Parents,

Hi. I see your challenges in parenting and want to help. Parenting is tough. We’re never fully prepared for the ways parenting changes our lives and we’re certainly not prepared for how it impacts our relationships - particularly the one with your partner.

Healing post-kids requires hard work, but it's essential. Therapy can improve your bond by offering a supportive space for open communication and rebuilding. My goal is to help you both express, listen, validate, empower, and support each other.

Together, we can strengthen your connection!

- Alicia, Therapist and Parent

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a transformative journey that can lead you to discover your true self. Through introspection and guidance, you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and confidential space.

Finding your True North means finding your true self. It’s the core of your being, your center, all that makes you you. I’m committed and honored to support you in your journey toward rediscovering your true self and seeing all the ways you heal and transform along the way.

Sessions are 50-minutes / fee is $130 per session
In-person or Virtual sessions are available

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use their insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services.

Because it is not possible to predict how many or the length of the sessions you will need or choose to receive, the estimate contains a fee schedule for various scenarios relevant to your treatment.

In accordance with the law:

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including counseling services.

  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit cms.gov/priorities/legislation/no-surprises-act.
